A 2016 study found that one third of Canadian households have no first aid training. Additional research indicates that nearly 60% of injury-related deaths could be prevented if first aid is applied before emergency services reach the victim Previous ads were found to be too serious and very in-your-face. They are also all too similar to each other
solution
With the objective of showing Canadians that they can feel a sense of confidence, a campaign that delivers a strong campaign title “Be Empowered” that can be used interchangeably to create motion assets, merchandise, and additional campaigns.
The project consisted of creating visuals for print, Out-of-Home, and digital. The goal was to position knowing first aid as something that makes someone instantly attractive and is something you can really brag about as we found a lot of people were turned off from taking a course because they found it too boring
